He mowed lawns, organized online fundraisers, and took on various jobs to raise money. He did everything possible to gather the required funds.Luke’s friend, who was knowledgeable about electrics, assisted him in installing all the electrical work. In return, Luke cleared out his friend’s garage. They traded services.Luke incorporated approximately 75% recycled materials into his project, along with many items he found at his grandma’s house. Additionally, the front door was a generous gift from his uncle’s friend.The small house measures 89 square feet and is 10 feet long by 5 ½ feet wide. It has electricity but no plumbing, meaning there is no toilet, sink, or shower.Luke said:“I liked the minimalism”“And I wanted to have a house without a huge mortgage.”Luke has created numerous brief videos to share on YouTube.
